Hi all I am 8 days away from getting my surgery Im on my 7th day of pre op diet and im running out of flavoring ideas. I've used Torani flavoring caramel, chocolate, and hazelnut, I've also used PB2 I do love all of these flavors but sometimes you get tired of them is there any other recipes that anyone can help me with?

My doc told me I could mix flavored water drops into my yogurt. I even thought about adding ranch seasoning to my plain greek yogurt. I hope that helps.
