Hi ya'll! Greetings from sunny Virginia. October is just two months away and I'm so excited! My surgery is scheduled for October 6th, and I'm just freaking out with excitement, terror, and hope.

Can't wait to hear from other October RNY-ers.

• Starting Weight: 315lbs
• Goal: 145lbs

Hey guys, so surgery didn't go as planned. My doctor had an emergency and left me waiting for him up until 10pm. He arrived and rescheduled me for oct 13th. I was upset but took it that it wasn't meant to be yesterday. I am now home and I am just moping around. Everyone who had surgery yesterday and today, I hope you guys are doing good.

Hi. My surgery date is 21 of october. in 11 days actually

So got a phone call from my doctors office yesterday at 530 asking me to move my last appt up so we can make it as close as we can to my tentative date oct 27.. It's been officially set for the 28th!! ???? it's for real now the shock is setting in.. So nervous I don't even want to eat!! Now that it's down to the nitty gritty it's all moving so fast. Tuesday is my pre op group meeting!!!! Ahhhh!

My procedure was done at Deaconess Hospital.

Thank you for your kind words! I hope you are feeing better. I received a call to come in at 8am on monday for surgery.

Well everything is done.

All tests. All md meetings. Paperwork. Pre-op prep. Jello, cookbooks, applesauce, protein drinks. Laundry.

Wake up at 5:30 in the morning and heading to the hospital 15 minutes away. Lol. Surgery starts at 8:30.

I had my RNY pre-op 10/3 and surgery 10/9. Checked out the hospital 10/12.everything seem to go well. Diet consist of broth and jello. After 2nd meal,jello had to go so only .2we can fix a real boil
