That's awesome , need some moral support, are kinda swinging between happy/worried too ?

Yes I think we all get the headaches it's giving up sugar or soda maybe. Not sure where you are in eating. Some people got them from caffeine decline.

I had headaches the first few days of the pre op diet, but it passed. And was definitely scared and anxious! Hang in there - it all gets better!

I went crazy and believed that I was going to die when I stopped drinking pop (soda). It is withdrawal. Caffeine is a really addictive drug as is sugar. I believe you should be fine. Check with your doctor too.

I don't have a caffeine addiction (anymore... used to have a major diet soda/coffee monkey), and I got the headaches, too. They're terrible, but pretty normal. Hang in there, they do go away!
