I've had some...I take nexium daily..my doc says it happens. .everyone is different: )

Make sure you aren't chewing gum or sugar free candy right now. Any time your saliva meets with your stomach in any sort of quantity, your stomach starts producing a lot of acid because it is getting ready to digest what it thinks you are about to put inside it. Also, Dr. David Kim is my surgeon and he is pretty much the top one in the nation - he put me on pepcid complete. They are chewable and I do one in the morning and one right before bed to avoid acid.

Another thing, make sure you aren't taking in caffeine right now. That can kick things up too. Good luck.
