Feeling better!

Had to go back to liquids the last few days. Still feels tight in my chest. Going to stay on liquids a few more days. I am feeling better though.

I've seen many people use an overly tight band to continue to lose weight. Don't make that mistake? Get some saline removed next week if this trend continues. Being in the red zone is an invitation to stretching your pouch and/or esophagus.

I agree...I had that problem, and kept thinking it would eventually settle down...after 2 weeks I could hardly get baby food down. So I went for a slight unfill...just .3cc taken out...felt sooo much better! That tightness in the chest area can be scary! Now I just get comfortably satisfied with a small amount of solids. And I started losing on solids. I was stalled when I could hardly get anything down...so weird how our bodies do that.

You need to call your surgeon's office. You shouldn't be feeling like this with an empty band.
