Tomorrow I start my two week liquid diet and my surgery is scheduled for Aug 12! I am excited and nervous at the same time! Any advice? Thanks!

  • Wow you only have to do 2 days? My dr requires 2 weeks to put the body in ketosis. Yes we def need to be friends since our surgeries are the same day!

I am scheduled for August 12 too, we must add as friends to be weight loss buddies! I'm not sure if I have the correct advice because I have been trying to not think about it too much, it won't change anything. I don't have a two week liquid diet, just two days. I need to lose about 7 lbs though because of eating all the foods I thought I would like to enjoy while I could, in the process gaining a few pounds. I guess I will be kind cutting back and getting a few things from the store. Yay us!!!
