I don't get it.....

Had surgery May 27 and with pre-op diet I have lost 65lbs. I am off insulin, high blood pressure pills, So yes I am thrilled, so this may sound petty but I dont understand why I fit in the same clothes my pants size have not dropped, yes they are loose but other people are dropping 2,3,4 sizes with that weight loss..my stomach is the same size ??????

Congrats on your loss so far. Don't get discouraged. You didn't list your start weight but know that the heavier you are the more you have to lose to drop sizes. The bust measurement of a 3x garment can accommodate a bust from 53-48 inches around whereas a size 4 garment can accommodate a bust of 33-34 inches. So if you are a 3x, in 65 pounds, you could have lost 5 inches and still wear the same size clothes whereas if I lose 5 pounds, I drop a size. Keep doing what you are doing because once the sizes drop, they go very fast and it can get expensive! :D

@@erp I agree with what you've said, but not that it is necessarily expensive--- you can get fab finds at thrift shops and Ebay.

I agree with Erp. Focus on exercising and weight training, it'll mitigate the amount of loose skin you end up with.
