I personally like cottage cheese with canned fruit (in water not syrup) as a treat.

Angel it's probably either that your body is craving water/fluids or your bored. It's highly unlikely that your hungry. I know that sounds silly, but most likely what your experiencing is the dreaded "head hunger". Before you reach for food, go for a walk, drink a glass of your favorite liquid or do something to distract yourself. At 4 months out I still don't ever feel hungry, no stomach growling or empty feelings. I eat because it's time to eat, not because my body tells me to. It wasn't always that way though, at around 2 weeks out I also thought I was starving. It's going to take you a bit of time to figure it out, but hang tight, you'll get there.

Cottage cheese with applesauce was my jam!
