Help am I pigging out

Today I am 3 weeks out and have started my soft stage. I have had 2 20oz protein shakes with low fat milk. Then I have had 1/4 cottage cheese twice, 1oz Tuna with mayo, 2 sugar free Popsicles, and 1/4 applesauce, and 1 wedge laughing cow cheese,.

After 3 weeks of like nothing, this seems like overload. Is it?

Every doctor has different diet guidelines for his post-op patients. The most important thing to look at is are you staying below your recommended calories per day. And are you matching your percentages of protein and carbs to the guidelines?
