Kidney issues

Has anyone else had kidney issues since there surgery, I'm 7 mouths out down 52lb have 48 to go, but these last two weeks have had pain in my mid back around the kidney area. So much so that it stops me doing what I am doing. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue.

Are you sure it's kidney and not muscle?

Pretty sure, this is more to the right hand side just below the rib cage, its been going on for about a week now, back itself feels fine, and I've lived with years of back issue to know this is different, going to try and hold out till my doctors appointment on the 28th, if I can but if not I'll properly go to a walk in clinic.

Kidney stones can be common after surgery. Go get it checked out. I just had surgery to break up an imbedded stone in the kidney.

I would check with your doctor sooner rather than later! Kidneys are nothing to mess with. You don't want to risk losing kidney function.
