Am 7 months and about 10 days out and have lost 101 lbs. I have 48 more lbs to go to my goal weight of 135 and I'm fine with my loss and speed cause my doc said that it takes 18 months for sleevers to lose all the weight since 2-3 lbs is the avg weekly loss. However, I am scared I am eating too much! I work out constantly (1-3 times a day) and am hungry every two hours! I average about 1200 calories a day although I burn off almost all of it with exercise. I eat proteins and really healthy although I do love my quest bars almost daily. Am I over eating and getting back into bad habits? I'm so paranoid!! Need some input because I've even hit 1500 or 1600 calories at least three times since surgery!
