Hi everyone I just joined the group today . I had my surgery on Aug 6,14 I'm down 35 pounds . How ever I'm eating a regular diet now my dr said it was fine as along as I chew chew chew . Anyone else skip the diet phases and finish early ?

Also I would love to have some buddies :) I get so worried at times that I'm doing things wrong. Like I don't take 30 mins to eat I'm done a lot sooner :(

I need sleever buddies as well. had my surgery on the 25th of August, went swimmingly. no pain meds of any kind, but had nausea because it seems I was allergic to the nausea meds. oh well, that was just for about a day, and all is good.
