Before and After so far

  • Popular Post

I'm on month five and where is was seeing a pound loss every other day a couple months ago... I'm seeing maybe 2 lbs a week. I was feeling discouraged with the lull so I decided to make a side by side and it was the mental boost I needed. I'm excited to start exercising more and hope that it will pick up a little more. Sometimes reflecting on where you came from is the encouragement you need.

  • Wow...you look amazing...I'll keep that idea of a side by side in mind for when I get discouraged. How could you NOT be encouraged with visual evidence like that! Congrats on your hard work!

A 100 pounds a year average or two pounds a week is great.

That gem was posted by my brother in law on Facebook! I wanted to die... He actually posted it on Father's Day as it was a group pic with his father. My friend just told me to take some group pics and post them to counteract it. It was a good idea and instead of being mortified by that pic I realized it worked as a before that I didn't have! Why would I have saved a pic that disgusting!?! Now I'm glad I have it! Thank you for your sweet words!
