Stalling and hating it!

I'm 2 months post op and I've lost 24kilos and I feel great but...I'm going through a stall and it's driving me crazy. Don't know what's happening but I'm exercising and building muscle and eating exactly what I should. Just need to vent.

I keep a food diary & found I was consuming to many carbs. I cut that back to less than 60 carbs per day & then lost 2 more pounds over the week. Good luck with your journey.

I do already keep a good diary and I'm not eating to many carbs. But I am cutting down everything. Start boxing next week. Let's hope a new exercise does it.

I am pretty new at this but I thought stalls are pretty normal since we can't realistically expect our bodies to lose non stop with out any recovery. I don't weigh myself so I don't know if I have experienced one yet.

There's a whole sub forum for this. You should repost this thread there.....
