  2. I do already keep a good diary and I'm not eating to many carbs. But I am cutting down everything. Start boxing next week. Let's hope a new exercise does it.
  3. I'm 2 months post op and I've lost 24kilos and I feel great but...I'm going through a stall and it's driving me crazy. Don't know what's happening but I'm exercising and building muscle and eating exactly what I should. Just need to vent.
  4. I'm not eating enough protein, clearly. Not sure why I'm not....????
  5. Oh yeah. I've been using my fitness pal from the start.

  7. I find it hard to eat all my protein needs with food because I don't wanna eat all the fat with it. I also feel like I'm not eating getting enough. Ugh. Got a dietitian appointment next week. She will sort me out. Thanks for your reply. )))
  8. Hi, I'm currently only having half a cup a day. I'm 2 months post op and eating 3 x 1/2 cup-ish each meal. No heavy carbs only veges.
  9. KETOSIS is a good thing! It means your body is burning fat!
