How many weeks/months did you wait for until you had hot air popcorn?

Why is it that you can't have popcorn? Is it hard to digest? I LOVE popcorn and I'm 3 1/2 weeks post op so I gather it'll be a long while for me!

I think because of carbs, fiber and little pieces (hulls) get stuck in the staple line (????) I'm 11 weeks out and would love some crunchy popcorn

I went to the movies and we got some popcorn, I figured I could probably eat a handful.....OH NO, I can eat half a bag....bad news and not good for you at all. I learned it is just one of those foods that you can eat lots of which is falling back into old bad habits so i have to stay away from it. I did not go through this surg to backslide but it sure was good and such a treat. Don't do it.....

Movie theater popcorn is very unhealthy but hot air popcorn does not have the oils, fats and sodium because you can control that. I am avoiding going to a theater because of the temptation

I ate popcorn at about 4 mths. If I don't get a separate box at the movies to put a small amt in, I will eat 1/2 a bucket. It's my #1 slider.

Occasionally I'll make it at home with real butter (I never use the chemical laden margarine). Luv it

I love popcorn! It's definitely a slider for me so I try to avoid it. It's hard when I go to the movies though. I did pop some last night though.
