  1. I think I'm having the same problem. I track my food every now and then. I'm definite a grazer. In the beginning I would go ballistic if I didn't get my carbs in now I just shrug it off. I have to get it together. My goal was to be at 100 lbs by my 40th birthday. That's just around the corner.
  2. I workout with a trainer 3 days a week and the I have homework from the trainer 2 days a week. I do a lot of weight lifting. I was recently bitten by the 5K bug and now I have 3 races coming up.
  3. I haven't updated my profile in awhile. I'm down 75lbs.

  7. I love popcorn! It's definitely a slider for me so I try to avoid it. It's hard when I go to the movies though. I did pop some last night though.
  8. Lindsay you look freaking awesome. I'm so proud of you an I don't even know you. I know it's a great feeling. My surgery was march 31. I workout 3-4 days a week. Strength training is my thing. I hope my stomach goes down like yours. Great job girl!!!

  12. I have PCOS and hypothyroidism. Surgery was 3/31. I started at 267 and as of last week I was 238. Of course I would love for it to be more but it's much more than it would have been if I had not had the surgery. I'm thankful for every single pound.
  13. My new love is syntax nectar. I'm currently using the fuzzy navel. I add a fruit punch or lemon tea of Walmart brand crystal light.
