I went a year between fills and was stalled at about 30 lbs from goal. The band seems to lose fluid(it doesn't) and your esophagus becomes stronger pushing food through the stoma. I was in the yello

First of all, you are doing amazing! Seconding other guys here, the last 20lbs or so is the hardest to lose. Sometimes you plateau, but you have to know that it's OK because it's just your body adjust

Mixed emotions to say the least. I feel like it's great because I've been at a stalemate, yet bad because for the longest time I was able to lose weight doing essentially nothing, bad because I can't eat and because I've been able to go so damn long without a fill :/ and good because this will help me to reach goal..I guess.
I think my problem is that I felt I had a handle on my own weight loss. Like I was doing this on my own because I didn't need a fill and now I feel desperate. I feel like I'm failing my band.
