Week 1 recovering from surgery, week 2 amazing amounts of energy, now week 3 heading into week 4 I am beyond tired. I drink the fluids, I drink 2 protein shakes a day and eat 1 meal (barely) and I went back to work today after 3 weeks but I am bone weary tired. I have been exercising, take my vitamin. Is this the norm at the 3/4 week mark? Thanks
