July 25 surgery date looking forward to the journey. I am looking for a good book of food ideas for all stages, any ideas would be appreciated

It will be here in no time, then you'll be on your way to a new you. Do you know how long you'll be in the hospital? I'm not sure if it's one night or two or whatever. I'll be routing for you

I have to be in the hosp from tues - fri maybe longer. I am having open rou ny. They are fixing 2 hernias and doing my bypass. So happy for this to finally be happening. Ty for the support! Need all I can get. I will continue to follow u in ur journey.

I see. At least their taking care of everything at once. I should be a laparoscopic patient if all goes well.

I'm July 29. Super close now! I wish you guys the best! For some reason I'm really calm the last day or two, which is unusual because I'm pretty high strung by nature. Hoping to keep the calm so it helps me recover. Stress can't be good! Sending calm vibes out to you! :-)

im slated for the 28th also. I wont know what time until later today. Excited and have the count down started. Cant hardly wait to feel better and have more energy and with any luck diabetes will be in my past. Really looking forward to not taking so many meds. I hate taking pills.I'd love to be your buddy.
