How's everyone feeling?? Since surgery

Overall, I've been feeling pretty good since surgery. Still getting used to when I'm full...but hiccups seem to be my cue, even before I feel it! Thankfully, unlike some, I have rarely thrown up & most of those instances have been right after my Multivitamin. My doctor said to not worry about taking them for right now since I'm doing OK with food and we'll try again in a month. I am able to take all of my other Vitamins though.

Hope you had a great 4th. DH took us out on the Mississippi for a bit on the boat...I could actually fit into one of my "old" tank tops! My knees are sore & had a bit of trouble, but he helped...and said not to feel bad, that I was better than I was & I'll continue to improve. :) such a nice ego boost!

I know it is odd I burp or hiccup if full also. If I eat to much I have to go on a long walk. I had sleeve on June 17th. When did you guys start working out?
