I've read suggestions of refried beans, beans, mashed potatoes, mashed veggies in general. Whatever you want to eat, put it in the blender, even the meat. Good luck. I'm sure there are many suggestions on the Internet.

Yogurts, hummus, chicken soups w/zucchini and carrots were my favorite during my Post-up recovery. You can eat pretty anything you can liquidfy by chewing lots. Always chose Protein choices first, really critical you get all your protein milligram in daily.

My first day to be able to eat regular food landed on Thanksgiving day so I ate turkey, ham, cranberry sauce and broccoli, I was so nervous but tasted so good. I was only able to eat able 1/2 tablespoon of each so I ate that for the whole week. For Breakfast back then and now I always start with my Premier Protein ready to drink 30g of protein.

Once you find what feels good to your tummy, you feel better and gets easier to choose goods
