  2. Watched the video on you tube explaining why we shouldn't drink while eating but my question is...if nutrients are absorbed in the intestines why can't we drink with food. Never thought about asking why to my doctor...just curious.
  3. Dulcolsx is actually small enough to swallow and helped me!
  4. Thanks everyone! Calling the doctor tomorrow!

  6. I am 17 days post op and thought I had pulled a muscle on my left side about 5 days ago but the pain isn't getting better in fact it's getting worse. It doesn't have anything to do with the sutures or surgery I don't think. Today I woke up from a nap and stood up and thought someone was squeezing and twisting my insides at the spot. Anyone have any ideas or experienced this?
  7. I am allowed to start soft foods but I have no clue where to start. I've been eating Soups but I'm about wore out of those. What are your go to recipes?
  8. I have a 4 year old and told her that mommy was going to be sick for a little while but when she was better she was going to be able to play more with her.
  9. Had my sleeve done on the 19th...YAY!!!! How do you do to cover the taste of yucky meds? I have to open capsules for one and I mixed it with Powerade zero and it still almost made me gag. I have always had to have Water in my mouth before even putting pills in. Thanks in advance for any help!
