Presc Pills

Had my sleeve done on the 19th...YAY!!!!

How do you do to cover the taste of yucky meds? I have to open capsules for one and I mixed it with Powerade zero and it still almost made me gag. I have always had to have Water in my mouth before even putting pills in.

Thanks in advance for any help!

    I know some have difficulty swallowing pills, but I never had any issues. In fact I took my first multi vitamin 2 days post surgery while in hospital. So I would give it a try if you can

    My surgeons office told me to mix my pills with a spoon full of sugar free cool whip.

    Doesn't completely cover the taste but is the best option I have tried so far.
