When do te stitches stop hurting?

It's been 11 days to my surgery when do the stitches stop hurting? Three days after surgery the pain wasn't so bad but since last two days the left big incision is hurting again.

Are we supposed to rest most of the day? Cuz I don't

You too huh? I have not stopped to rest since I got home from the hospital. I have so much going on I just can't seem to catch a break. We SHOULD be resting some. I am 19 days out. The staples hurt more because your skin is starting to heal all around them and then one weird turn or reach can make it feel like it's tearing a bit. The large incision area is the most painful though. I'm past the pain and itching like crazy!!! Good luck to u and try to take it easy!!!

At three weeks I started no feeling any pain. Like you I did not sit still and yes when you twist and bend you might feel a little pain. No big deal.
