Nausea and vomiting is quite common after the bariatric surgery.Anesthesia given during the surgery is a common reason for nausea.Try and eat your meals very slowly and chew the food properly. This will not only give you the feeling of fullness but will also prevent food from getting stuck.Do not lie down immediately after your meals as lying down will increase your chances of heart burns. Also keep yourself well hydrated.

Totally understand. This plagues me after every single surgery. Gravol helps.
