Just got word this morning that I have been approved. My chart has been passed onto the schedulers and I will hear back by Friday with a date! This has been a year in the making, and to say that I cried like a baby when I got that email is an understatement

Congrats! My surgery is July 24 too. I didn't realize it's only 4 weeks, yikes!

I got my email yesterday as well, almost identical language. Scheduler called today wanting me to take July 1 but I couldn't as my son's bday is the 4th. We are looking at the 16th.
