Have you disgussed this with your surgeon? I would think he would give you the best answer. No one can tell you what is going on except for him. Give him a call.

Please call your dr. Heartburn is a sign of a slipped band. I had a little bit of heartburn, did a barium swallow, and found that my band had slipped. Please get it checked out

I was too tight for a few months and would frequently bring up my breakfast and lunch. But dinner was never an issue. I knew this wasn't healthy so I got a defill of .5 cc. Then I could eat anything I wanted and never brought it back up but started experiencing really really bad heartburn. Gained 15 pounds. Since then I've gotten .3 put back in and have worked really hard to lose the weight. However, my heartburn is so bad when I drink water. It will burn for hours after just 2 glasses of water. Even food doesn't give me heartburn like water does. Any guesses as to why.
