Fluids and exercise

Was banded May 6th. I know that we are supposed to sip fluids all day long but when I exercise and after I feel so dehydrated. Any suggestions on how to handle this? As of right now I can drink fluids heavily and it doesn't bother me. However I am afraid after I have my first fill that will change. Thanks everyone for all your support.

I've had the band for about 8 years. From experience, the first three fills didnt do much for me. I could still eat and drink like before. I was loosing weight by exercising and counting calories. However, when you get to the green zone (the right adjustment) you wont be able to drink heavily without feeling like it gets stuck or bubbles.
