HELP!

So today will be my 4 week mark and I've lost 29.6 lbs so far. The first 2 weeks I lost almost 15 lbs each. These past 2 weeks I haven't lost any. Is this normal??? I'm starting to get discouraged. :(

    Wow 30 in a month is awesome! Yes it's totally normal, your body needs to catch up! The 3-4 week stall is incredibly normal. If week pick up again soon.

Wow! Sounds like you're doing great! It is normal. Keep eating well and the weight loss will continue. .

My bariatric team prepared me to expect that, but it's still aggravating when it happens. This is as normal as normal gets, and you are doing great. Oh, BTW, it won't be your last stall, so just know that if you drink Water until your eyeballs float, eat your Proteins first (and plenty of them), and pretend that carbs cost ten dollars cash up front (each!), you will do just fine. I wish you good luck and good health.
