    When I weigh I try to wear something light , I have weighed in light clothing and heavy clothing with shoes or sandels of or on and yes I can relate it does make a difference.

    I schedule my appts earlier, so I dont have to eat before them. And always a lightweight dress, NO JEANS! hahah so funny we all do this. Sometimes i breath out, too. hahaha

    I weigh every morning, buck naked.. lol however when I go to the Dr. I have to wear clothes so I wear the lightest thing I can find. It's a mind game with me and I'm trying to wean myself off of the scale. I've gained and lost the same 3 lbs for months. can't seem to get where I want to be.. but I am a lot lighter than I have been for many years so I'm not stressing too much.

    I think it's soooo important to remember where we started, and what great success it is to hover around a three pound radius. You're doing fine!!!
