My first week post op I lost 11lbs and was at 271 for 3 weeks and now at the end of my 4th week I'm finally at 263, scale please keep going down.

Congratulations on breaking your stall! It really is a great feeling isn't it? I know how you feel. I was just stalled for about a month & a half. I was down 102 lbs but then the scale just would not budge & all I kept thinking was is this it for me? But finally yesterday the scale began to move again & I have lost another 4 lbs! My HW: 321 lbs SW: 314 CW: 215!!! A total of 106 lbs down & oraying the scale continues to move downwards again! Again congratulations & I wish you the very best on your new lifestyle!!!

Congrats I can't wait for my scale to move again currently at a stall also....good for you

I have had constant stalls. Hard to know what to do sometimes. Was told I was eating too much protein at 3 months. Glad I could finally add veggies and salads, but still stall.
