snacks?

I work at a barber shop and when we're busy we don't have time to sit and take a lunch so I try just sipping on my protein all day we'll I'm getting tired of that what some good snack ideas everyone eats?

When was your surgery? It depends on the stage you are at......

5 weeks is harder...you should check with your NUT... since I'm WAAAAY past that, I can have Snacks like almonds, etc... you are too soon...you probably don't have somewhere to keep popsicles...

when was your surgery. Mine was 4/25/14

Get a small cooler and take yogurt (13 grams of sugar or less was our rule), small curd cottage cheese (I added a tsp. Polaner SF jams to my cottage cheese), Laughing Cow Lite wedges of soft cheese, 2 T. refried beans with a dash of mild taco sauce. You will get other suggestions here so try them all! Good luck!
