Hormones!

I have gone the last 2-3 years without a period. It was a blessing in making ways because they have always been debilitating for me. I was thinking I was starting pre-menopause. Here I am 4 post-op, at 30 lbs down and suddenly here it is again. I was just curious if anyone else's weight (gains or losses) affected them in the same or similar manner.

I have had that happen... No period forever and then I start eating healthy and exercising and the hormones must align again :)

honestly, I'm hoping weight loss will regulate me. Mine has been so all over the place, not uncommon for me to go months without then be on my period for a month.
