Banded 5/15/14

I got banded on 5/15/14 and so far so go. I am having a little trouble drinking a lot of water. I use to be able to drink 74 ozs in a day but now I can't even sip on water all day. I'm a person that normally downs water like I were drinking a beer!

Any suggestion??

Can I drink the water fast?

I was banded 05/08/14 and I'm going through the same thing

I'm curious to know people response to your question of drinking too much water. I was banded 5/23/14 and I can't put anything in without extra inner uncomfortable air. I need to drink more water. All I had today was 8oz of water, 8oz of protein shake, and 2 oz of powerade. How do you know when you've drunk too much?

You probably still have lots of swelling. You'll have to drink constantly in small amts to stay hydrated. It will get better. Use a shot glass and mark down each time you drink one
