Fat free sugar free choc pudding

Some powders are not tasty! So being the frugal guy I am, I add a half packet of choc ff/sf pudding mix to my 8oz unsweetened milk and the protein and whips up DELISH! Just wanted to share as I know how expensive powder can be! I see a lot of people giving it away! Just trying to help!

Sounds yummy. What protein do you use?

It is! It makes it totally change! I only use Primal Fuel! It's expensive but THE BEST! I'm going to use up the Bari essentials in vanilla the dr gave me but it's GROSS! Adding the pudding totally changed it! After it's gone, I'll only use the PF!

That sounds yummy to do.

I use Jay Robb whey Protein powder and it has no grit or after taste.

It blends real smooth.

I also use Torani sugar free syrups in my shakes. They are wonderful, made with Splenda and come in many, many flavors.

I buy them direct from the company or if you have World Market in your area they carry them too.

I don't have that store but I will order it! I just made a Macadamia white choc one, and it was delish!

I really like the Torani sugar free syrups.

I have tried Gingerbread, Carmel, and Peppermint and they were all great.

I will have to try your trick with the sugar free pudding.
