Hey hey Look seriously? We ALL fail somewhere. Don't let any one tell you they don't sneak a piece of cake, drink a soda (ok I haven't), used a straw (me either), or drank less than a 1/2 hour or 1

Hey hey

Look seriously? We ALL fail somewhere. Don't let any one tell you they don't sneak a piece of cake, drink a soda (ok I haven't), used a straw (me either), or drank less than a 1/2 hour or 1 hour after eating (I'm guilty). LOL

It is OK to fail. What is NOT ok is not trying to get back up. That's what we're here for - and everyone else. We're all in this together and we all know what it is like.

You will be fine. Just take this one day at a time. Everyone stumbles. Just get right back to it. When I eat off plan my little sleeve tells me what a bad decision I made. It keeps me mindful of mKing good choices.

Please feel free to PM me with any questions you have. I would be happy to share my experience. You will do great. We were all scared this wouldn't work.
