energy!

I'm only 1 week post opt feel really good no pain but I seriously have no energy I can do little things here and there but just want to go back and sit down is there anything I can do or take? Will it get better? HELP!!!!

What we seem to forget is that we just had MAJOR surgery...even tho you may have a few little incisions on the outside, inside you have been "re-routed"...unless you had the band... not listed here, so I don't know.

Give yourself time to recoup! The anesthesia alone takes a few days to get out of your system, and that tires you as well...

just relax, you will get better, promise!

I am 2 and half weeks post op and I still have times when I have no energy. It does get better each day. When I have no energy I sit down and drink my protein shake which takes some time when I'm done with it I force myself to get up and do something even if it's for a half an hour. Just keep taking your vitamins and get your protein and water in.

I am nine days post op and I feel the same way. I'm having a hard time getting all my protein and water in so that may be part of it
