4 weeks post op and i've only lost 12lbs

I had my surgery April 14th - my weight was 251 that morning and as of this morning it's only 239

I haven't cheated at all and I've been logging my food religiously. I feel I had a easier time losing weight before the surgery!!

OK - I know i'm just freaking out -Talk me down.

April 14th was three weeks ago, and you probably have had the infamous stall, so ... you've lost nearly a stone in two weeks. Way to go you! Onwards and downwards!

Thank you both. I feel better, but I have silly hair at the moment! This is a wonderful journey we're on ????

I agree, I think you've lost weight and your body has cheerfully decided this is quite enough and is giving you a royal 3 week stall. Just stay positive and stay on plan. It will pass, although it may a take a few weeks. Also measure yourself - you may be losing inches, just not pounds.

At 3 weeks I had lost like 10...now I'm 6 weeks and have lost 24 (since surgery date). I started at a high weight too,
