Hi there. Can you provide some info on your calories, protein, far, etc? That will make it easier for people to give you some helpful advice.

Thank you both for your guidance and great ideas. I think for me I need to cut the carbs and more Protein. Today started a new day for me. I am starting over.

I had gastric sleeve 2 years ago. I was almost 300 pounds. About 9 months after the surgery, I was down to 200 pounds. My goal was about 175 pounds. I was not able to lose any more weight. My doctor told me at that time that that just may be all I lose. He was not very supportive. Also was getting mixed information from the doctor. one time he told me not to eat lettuce then the next visit told me I should be eating more salads with lettuce. One vist he would tell me to eat only 3 meals a day and the next visit he told me to eat 6 meals a day. I am now starting to gain and I am up to 210. I still find myself getting sick several times a week. I am not over eating. My husband even comments on how little i actually eat. Some days I can eat food and I am fine. The next day I eat the same thing I get sick. This is especially true with carbs (ie rice, Pasta, bread) but it also has happened with yogurt, shrimp and other foods.
Did anyone else have trouble?
Is there any way to jump start the weight lose again? I am working out 4-5 days a week.
Thanks
