Beer is my problem.

Hello everybody . I'm 4& half month post opp . I reduce up 56 ponds , but my problem is beer. My surgeon not allowed me beer but still I use to have occasionally , that's means once in month . I want to ask is that ok or I should stop that also . All suggestion & comment are truly welcome .

Beer is a really bad idea for many reasons, but mainly carbonation and empty calories that our body processes into sugar. If you want an excellent answer then please consult your surgeon. Who knows they might say one beer per month is ok... Good luck to you.
