Hi everyone,

I have been on this forum a few months, but haven't really spoken up. I have just been like a sponge soaking up everyone's knowledge and experiences. I am so happy to say that I have been approved by BCBS for my sleeve surgery, and it will be on May 20th, which also happens to be my 8 year wedding anniversary! Anyway, I couldn't contain my excitement to start this new chapter in my life:-)

    I can't believe it's almost a year as well. Those first few weeks were difficult, and it continues to be a bit of a struggle for me, but I feel great, I can do so much more now! No regrets! Boy has the time flown by
