Aggrivated with no weight loss

This is only my 3rd week after sleeve. I guess I have already reached my weight loss stall! I'm eating very little carbs mainly just protein and I've started walking a mile every morning ! I hope this doesn't last long!

I'm 6 weeks post-op and thought I was the exception to the stall rule and didn't experience the dreaded 3rd week stall. Boy was I wrong. At the 4 week point, I'd gained 2 lbs (TMI moment - likely water retention since I was on my cycle that week). Last week I lost 1 lb and this week I lost another 5 lbs. Stalls come with the territory, but keep doing the right thing and you'll feel good when you come out on the other end!

It will pass, like everything else. Just follow your plan and hide the scale. :D

I am also experiencing a stall. I lost nothing week 3 and today is my first day into week 4 and I am praying that I drop a few pounds. I have a protein shake for breakfast, a few oz of tomato soup for lunch, a few bites of light Greek yogurt for a snack, and a protein shake for dinner. I also walk 30 min in the morning and just started walking 30min at night.

Very normal and it will happen again. Try not to weigh everyday. I weigh on Wednesday and Saturdays only.
