Hello-I'm new at this. From Caldwell county. Surgery set for April 21 st. Looking for some support.

I had the bypass. That would be great to have some support. I find it difficult to figure out what pills to take and when to take them. And eating six times a day is also hard for me.

I remember being overwhelmed with the whole process too. Did your dr/nutritionist give you any info on what to do and when? You should probably be on liquids still. There is a lot of info here and don't be discouraged! Kim

Yes it is very overwhelming. They gave me info. I'm still on the liquids. When did your swelling start going down?

Hello went for postop today and everything is going great - list 17 pounds. And was moved to soft foods!! About how much do u eat at each meal?

I'm pretty new to NC, living in the Asheville area. I'm on the very first steps of this journey and need all the support I can get. Is there anyone else in the Buncombe Co area?

The Anson County Chapter of Bariatric Pal will be held in the newly opened CMC Anson hospital in the conference room. Time TBD. I will be in touch!
