When do you get more energy?

When do you get more energy? I am 7 weeks post op. I feel the same. People ask me how I feel, like I should feel amazing and I do not. I have lost over 40 pounds, and never had any issues, no sickness or throwing up ect... But, I think I should more energy then when I did 40 pounds ago- How have you all been energy wise?

I'm 3 weeks pot op and still do not have the energy that I had before surgery. I think once I'm able to get in enough protein I should be ok. Are you getting in enough water and protein?

It took me 4-6 weeks to really get my energy started up again. It's not a matter of how much weight you lose that gives you more energy. It really wasn't until I started eating more Protein & watching my Fluid intake that I started to feel more energetic. We're all different, with the same goal in mind > a healthier lifestyle.

Stay focused, things will get better each day!
