Could it be air or gas?

I am almost 11 weeks out. I used to be able to eat fine and without pain, but the last couple of days, I feel full all the time and I can only eat half of the portion I used to eat. I eat the same thing everyday and the same amount, but the last couple of days I can only eat half of the portion and I feel like when I did when I was like 4 weeks out, when I first started to eat solids. It hurts going down and I feel like its stuck. Could this be gas or air? I take a Gas X pill every morning and night and Prilosec every morning. I am not sure what this could be. I feel so uncomfortable and I can barely eat because I get full immediately. I am just confused because I used to be able to eat my portions fine, but now I feel like im back to 4 weeks. I cant even drink as much water as before either. Or my protein shakes. Has anyone gone through this? Do you feel like you are back at 4 weeks?

Two possibilities occur to me - Could it be constipation? If your abdomen is full ...

Or it could be a stricture in your esophagus. If the feeling persists, talk to your surgeon.
