You might examine the things your eating. Are you sticking with protein and vegetables? I know that if I eat carbs from starch, sugar or fruit, I get and stay hungry. I've noticed that I get hungrier as I eat things like pasta, rice, potatoes, sugar or chips. I stay full for about 2 hours then come crashing down and feel hungry all over again. I have to limit my intake of those items. Now I try eating protein first when I get a craving for sweets - doesn't always work  , but it leaves less room in my stomach for the thing I'm craving.

I'm sticking to my protein but not so much my veggies....I'm eating lots of clean chicken and fish...it just seems like I'm never full.....I don't drink enough so maybe I just need to up my drinking.....thanks much for the advice.

I get hungry..I have to kinda make a deal with myself like.. okay...once you finish this bottle of water...wait 30 min...if your still hungry...eat...put another bottle of water in the freezer...in 30 min its nice and cold....repeat!..lol...it works for me to get my liquids in as well as waiting 30 min before and after eating/drinking rule...

@@marfar7, thanks for that information, I too have a lapband since 2009 I will have revision surgery on June 2nd to gastric sleeve. I worry about how fast I eat and how much I can eat. Hoping that this will do the trick. Started at about 275 came down to 185 after my knee replacement surgery about 2yrs ago. Now I am at 239. Good Luck Melle we can do it
