Small problem

I'm 15 days post from my bypass , I'm aware that I haven't been getting too much protein intake not water or eating the way am suppose to... It's because in never hungry or thirsty ... But now I have a problem and would like someone's help on addressing it. Every time I get up from my bed or even a chair I get extremely dizzy to the point where I think I'm going to pass out ... I don't know if I should go to the ER or wait too see my PCP again in 6 weeks...

Get to the ER... You might be dehydrated... it can be dangerous.

you need water!! Force yourself to sip water! Set a timer for a reminder but I agree you need to be seen now.

Normal.. but, get your water and protein up if nothing else.. even then dizziness might still plague you. It does me and I'm 3 months out.

I am having the same issue with the dizziness. I have slowly been trying to increase my water intake each day and I have found that this helps. Another I do is always try and get up slow, I found that if I just jump right up the dizziness is worse. I am just a little over 2 weeks post op.
