Hello all,

Im start my classes next week for the program. Im excited and nervous. Two questions I have is what is the best protien shake for after surgery and what exercises are good so u wont have to much flappy skin

Just try a bunch of different protein. A lot of places you can get free samples or single packets. Your pre-op diet is a good time to try these out.

Whey isolate is the best protein. Strength training is a good choice for exercise to build muscle but there is no guarantee regarding loose skin.
