Hi! I am just a little over a month out and I am not losing weight! I am following the dr instructions and I am staying in the same spot and even went up a pound!! I am so upset and starting to regret even having the surgery. Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks!

Hi, I'm one week, and I've lost 5 lbs, so when I see people say the weight is falling off, I'm like, what's going on? I'm not enjoying the ride so far either, and I too am having some serious regrets with the whole thing. I hate the protein shakes, liquid diet was boring, and long, now started pureed yesterday, and I hate sweetner anything, it just tastes too dam sweet. Just went to Walmart, and bought some bean soups to puree, maybe they will be good, also some baby cereal, and baby fruit, we'll see. Too late to go back now, maybe things willget better. Bless you all!

Kelly I'm on my phone so I can't see if you have stats posted but what was your weight going into surgery?

Five pounds in one week is great! Where are you in your menstrual cycle and are you having BMs? Those things factor in.
